Q. Do you offer expedited shipping?
A. Yes. If your order required expedited shipping, call 725-343-2514 to speak to a sales representative, who will personally handle your order. Please be aware, additional shipping charges will apply to rush shipping orders.
Q. What is your return policy?
A. We offer returns if the item you order has an issue relating to quality, and the return process is initiated within 21 days of the item being delivered to its final destination. In this case, the items MUST be sent back to the manufacturer. This is because any item that is returned due to quality must be tested to identify the cause of the deficiency. We only choose to work with manufacturers that have this level of accountability, instead of ones that just brush this issue under the rug.
