2024 year in Review
It’s been a busy year for us! Every year we reflect on what we’ve done to fulfill our mission to reindustrialize American manufacturing, produce high-quality medical equipment, and uplift the members of the community that surrounds us. This year, some of the highlights include celebrating the 1-year anniversary at our high-tech, 350-acre manufacturing facility, launching the U.S. Medical Chemical Company to supply raw materials for our surgical and medical-exam gloves, inking an $80 million joint venture contract to deliver machines, and partnering with a number of organizations to ensure that our safety and compliance standards remain at the forefront of everything we do. We also celebrated our local Harvard, Illinois community by hosting Turkey Runs, making collections for food drives, and donating gloves to first responders, sports teams, tattoo artists, and more! As the only end-to-end, Made-in-America manufacturer of both nitrile and polyisoprene gloves in the United States, we’re excited to continue leading the charge to onshore parts and manufacture products vital to America’s health and security. In the future, we’ll continue to show that American innovation can lead the way in PPE manufacturing—both domestically and internationally. Happy New Year to everyone. Powering the Future of Manufacturing with Cutting-Edge Innovation Innovation drives every step of our manufacturing process, and our custom-designed electrical panels are no exception. These panels power the production lines responsible for powering our advanced, Made-in-America nitrile and polyisoprene exam glove machinery. Originally, we relied on large, overly complicated control panels from another manufacturer. These panels took up significant space and made operations more difficult than necessary. Through meticulous redesign, our electrical engineers simplified the system, significantly reducing the size of the panels, and breaking them down into seven smaller, more manageable panels. Each of our production lines consists of 14 frames (seven upper and lower), with each frame powering a different step in the process. Our commitment to quality is non-negotiable. Every panel undergoes rigorous inspections before leaving the production floor. Builders sign off on a quality checklist, followed by a final inspection by our team to ensure that all components are functioning perfectly before the installation process begins. This attention to detail ensures that every electrical panel meets the high standards necessary for safe, efficient operation in our facilities.
